FloppySQLite startup needs maintenance
A previous SQLite check failed. Run sqlite_startup --prepare-migrations with services stopped; a timeout alone does not mean corruption.
Stop all application containers and database writers before preparing migrations or recovery. Run maintenance with the same image and database mounts, then restart Floppy. No database rows were changed by admission.
